We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This role involves gathering customer requirements, advising the technical team on configuring and customizing Zoho applications, and ensuring proper testing and successful delivery of the solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Engage with clients to understand their business process automation requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and document functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
Solution Implementation:
Provide expert advice on Zoho application capabilities and best practices.
Work with the technical team to configure and customize Zoho applications to meet client requirements.
Develop and implement workflows, automation scripts, and custom modules as needed.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
System Testing and Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of the configured system to ensure it meets the functional specifications.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the testing phase.
Prepare test cases and scenarios for joint User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the customer.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Issue Resolution:
Facilitate joint UAT sessions with customers to validate the solution.
Gather and address feedback from UAT sessions, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.
Provide post-implementation support to address any additional issues or changes.
Customer Training and Support:
Develop and deliver training sessions for customers on the use of the configured Zoho applications.
Create user manuals and documentation to assist customers in using the solution effectively.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Management:
Manage a team of technical and functional professionals.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Ensure stakeholder requirements are met and address any concerns.
Person Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a techno-functional role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
Significant working experience in Javascript and HTML or related software languages.
Knowledge of Zoho applications (People, CRM, Projects, Books, etc.) and their configuration/customization capabilities shall be preferred.
Sound knowledge of functional business processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in conducting system testing and facilitating UAT sessions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
