Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for new initiatives, products, or processes, from requirement gathering to final implementation and Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business/Sales, Credit/Underwriting, Technology, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to ensure project success.
1.Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with Business/Sales/Credit/Underwriting stakeholders to understand their requirements, objectives, and desired outcomes.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for the Technology and Engineering team.
2.Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Founders and all stakeholders involved in the implementation process, providing regular updates and progress reports.
Facilitate communication between Business/Sales, Credit, Technology, and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment of priorities and expectations.
3. Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential risks and dependencies associated with the implementation process.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential issues and minimize disruptions.
4.Quality Assurance and Testing:
Define testing requirements and oversee the execution of quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and usability of implemented solutions.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with expectations.
