We focus on securing and managing endpoints, mobile computing, network infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, operational technology (OT), and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Product Implementation/Post-Sales (Tech) in Cyber Security or Enterprise Security software products is preferred. However, eligible candidates with Pre-Sales (Tech)/Tech Support background with requisite knowledge and aptitude can also be considered.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MCA
Role: The Product Implementation Engineer is responsible to customize and install the SanerNow cybersecurity product(s) for our customers. In this role, you will be required to install the product after understanding the architecture of the customers environment. You will need a good understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows & Mac), network and system security. Must have the ability to engage at requisite levels, as necessitated during implementation. The ability to communicate product value to customers through good written, verbal, and presentation skills is a must. The successful candidate will be associated with activities related to the implementation of the product and with some important Technical Account Management.
Responsibilities:
Efficient product implementation, as a time-bound activity, after understanding the Architecture/Environment at the Customer end.
Creating a project plan for each customer, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of customized products.
Keep a close watch on key deliverables and ensure adherence project milestones.
Educating customers and channel partners on how to use purchased products through effective training.
Creating a specialized document for each customer, detailing all customizations made.
Evaluate and Analyse Customer Needs and recommend relevant upgrades, as applicable.
Create user-friendly publications, documents & training videos related to implementation.
Analyse inputs from the customer related to Feature Enhancement requests and/or Bugs and provide necessary feedback to the Product Management team.
Skills:
2-5 years of experience in Implementation/Technical Sales/Pre-Sales/Post-sales/Tech Support roles in Cyber Security or Enterprise Software/Security/Cloud/SaaS-based companies with a demonstrated track record.
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure Management and Information Security and exposure to various security technologies.
Knowledge of network and system security.
Experience in administering Unix/Linux, Windows, Mac systems, and Virtualization
Quick adaptation to requisite software tools and ability to do basic data analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication [Verbal & Written (English)] and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and Perseverance.
Experience working as an Implementation Engineer (preferable).
