Implementation Engineer Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for an Intern to join our team. As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of new merchants onto our platform end to end. You will primarily work to ensure that the onboarding process is seamless and efficient and help with all the technical and non-technical requirements of the merchants post onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process of new merchants onto our platform
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the onboarding and post Onboarding process
• Communicate all the necessary information with Merchants to successfully onboard onto our platform
• Technical test, theme preparation for Shopify stores

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Should be hands-on, on frontend technologies - CSS, HTML, and Javascript (Non-negotiable)
