Role And Responsibilities

  • Support the Radian Generation Compliance & Risk team in delivering the full scope of Compliance services to our customers.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by entering data, managing files, onboarding new customers, updating and maintaining compliance documentation and procedures, and creating reports.
  • Support monthly compliance reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support monthly compliance cost model updates.
  • Support evidence file audits, analysis, and updates. File and maintain evidence files in a timely manner.
  • Attend weekly planning sessions.
  • Maintain all electronic files, reports, filed documents, etc. related to compliance activities.
  • Support monitoring of compliance activities at regulatory agencies as requested.
  • Follow standard procedures and provide feedback on potential improvements.

Required Qualification & Education

  • Basic knowledge in Regulatory Compliance or willingness to learn
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and less than 1 year of experience; post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience

Experience Required

  • 0-2 years experience

Preferred Experience

  • Basic awareness of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.
  • Experience with a U.S. based company preferred.

  • Able to follow written and verbal directions
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a team

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to edit and create documentation accurately and concisely.
  • Familiarity with basic data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Required Software Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF toolsets
