Immigration Counselor

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Counselor to join our team. The Immigration Counselor will be responsible for providing comprehensive immigration counseling services to clients, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations, and supporting the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide immigration counseling services to clients, including assistance with visa applications, work permits, permanent residency, and citizenship
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation
• Conduct research on immigration policies and regulations, and provide guidance to clients based on this research
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting applications and supporting documentation to immigration authorities
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the status of their applications and answer any questions they may have
• Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and implement strategies for improving the organization's immigration services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or any relevant field
• 1-6 years of experience in immigration counseling
• In-depth knowledge of Indian immigration laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
