Immigration Consultant

Description

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-10 years of experience in the job market context of India, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive immigration advice to clients, including visa applications, appeals, and other related services.

Responsibilities

Attend walk-ins and handle client interactions via phone and email, customer queries regarding short-stay visas, such as tourist visas, business visas, and family/friend visit visas for Schengen countries, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Singapore, and China, among others.

Provide professional guidance in counseling, registration, visa appointments, and determining the prospect's eligibility, ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.

Be in charge of all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes while providing an exceptional level of client service.

Examine ongoing cases and new legislation, and advise clients accordingly.

A minimum of one year of work experience in client handling, lodging visa application, tracking the progress and process of Tourist Visa, Business Visa, and Family/Friend Visit Visa applications for various countries is required.

Capable of preparing management-required MIS reports.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1-10 years of experience in immigration consulting
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and regulations in India
• Ability to prepare and submit immigration applications and supporting documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
