Immigration Case Specialist reporting to
Aires Corporate Operations Team.
This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to coordinate corporate immigration matters related to transferees and their families by facilitating communication between the applicants, their company contacts, and the selected immigration partner.
Position Responsibilities
- Coordinates immigration casework. Maps out case timelines and identifies issues or additional services that my be required for a successful move.
- Records, reports, and reviews essential immigration data and information.
- Liaises with and maintains strong client relationships with client contacts.
- Liaises with and maintains strong communication with partner network.
- Prepares important and timely corporate immigration summaries and updates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of immigration coordination experience required, experience specifically with APAC immigration processes
- 3+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service role
- Paralegal certificate preferred

- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
