Position Summary:
The Immigration Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth and expanding the client base of VJC Overseas. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting the company's immigration services to ensure sustained business success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the immigration sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase the client base and market presence.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
2.Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored immigration solutions.
- Provide continuous support to clients throughout the immigration process, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
3.Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales objectives and budgets.
- Monitor performance against set targets and adjust strategies as needed.
4.Marketing and Promotion:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote VJC Overseas services.
- Utilize social media and digital marketing tools to enhance brand visibility.
5.Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
