Required Skills:
3-5 years of experiencein IT, with exposure to SAP integration technologies and production support.
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite(previously SAP CPI), including interface monitoring, iFlow debugging, and issue resolution.
Strong knowledge of PGP key managementand keystore management.
Familiarity with ITIL processes(Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Experience in production support environmentswith an ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
