Immediate Opening for Delivery Manager(.Net/Dot Net) for Kochi

Looking for a delivery manager having proven track record of project management and delivery management of IT projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working as delivery manager in a program having multiple projects

Excellent understanding of project management principles

Should have good experience of modern project management tools

Experience of working in Agile mode of execution is mandatory

Good to have certification in project management and scrum management

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement delivery plans for a program having multiple projects, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.

Manage the budget and resources of the delivery, working closely with project managers to team members and ensuring that the project stays on track.

Identify and manage risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.

Communicate with stakeholders, including managers, team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.

Track progress and make adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track.

Provide guidance and mentorship to managers and team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.

Work with clients or other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.

Lead and Manage a team of project managers, developers, QA and multiple other key profiles.
