Architect and design robust and scalable integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems to support data flow across HR, finance, and other business functions.
Work closely with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure and customize Workday integrations using Workday Integration technologies, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PICOF to meet specific business needs and ensure optimal system performance.
Develop and maintain custom APIs and connectors to facilitate data exchange between Workday and external applications.
Identify and resolve integration issues promptly, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, including design specifications, testing plans, and deployment procedures.
Ensure that all integrations adhere to security and compliance standards, implementing measures to safeguard sensitive data.
Keeps abreast of new and innovative HR technology and best practices, identifying potential opportunities for enablement.
Collaborate and partner closely with IT, HR and the business in establishing and managing expectations.
Ensure high quality of data integrity and reporting Maintain HR data security to meet the highest global standards in accordance with local regulatory and compliance needs.
Specific Knowledge
5+ years of experience as a Workday Administrator designing and enhancing integrations.
Expert with Studio integrations, Object Transporter (OX), developing Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, PICOF, RaaS and Web Services
Expertise in Workday Integration Cloud and Cloud Connect.
Active Workday certifications relevant to the role.
Familiarity with other HR Applications such as ATS, LMS, Performance, etc.
Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize) as business needs change.
Experience deploying HR systems in global environment.
