Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer with at least 5 years of experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React Native, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), performance optimization, and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles. As a Senior React Native Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that enhance user experiences and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using React Native.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of applications.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide feedback to designers.

Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices with the team.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain innovative and competitive.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development with a focus on React Native.

Proven experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques for mobile applications.

Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.

Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks/libraries.

Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).

Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Detox).

Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Firebase).

Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
