Immediate Joiner - Automation Engineer (5-10 Years - Hyderabad Location )

Role: Automation Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: On site

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure high-quality software releases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions.

Design and implement automated testing scripts using various programming languages and frameworks.

Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, including test data management and test environment setup.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate test automation with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Develop and maintain test automation reports and metrics to track testing progress and quality.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation.

Requirements

5-10 years of experience as an Automation Engineer dealing with Automation Testing, Manual Testing, and performance optimization of enterprise-grade applications.

Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, UI Automation, and API Automation.

Experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).

Proficient with one or more of the following languages: Java or Python.

Strong experience working with testing frameworks and tools like WebDriverIO, Protractor, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, etc.

Hands-on experience in WebDriverIO, Protractor, Mocha, Chai, Jest, Puppeteer, or Cypress is preferred.

Hands-on working experience with Docker is a plus.

Working knowledge of Postman.

Hands-on experience with RestAsured or SuperTest.

Understanding of Functional Test methods/Test automation (SDET skills) and different phases of testing: System Integration, System Testing & User Acceptance Testing.
