Job Purpose:
- The position holder is responsible for keeping, managing, updating, and controlling all Data Acquisition & Monetization related documents. Moreover, he/she is responsible for working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and complete assets data. He/she will also be responsible for reporting monthly KPIs for different assets management systems.
Key Accountabilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Adhere to regulations, quality, security, and safety standards.
- Supports the Data Acquisition & Monetization team by managing records, tracking action items, and providing process-related reports.
- Contribute to the Asset Management Data Strategy for the Data Acquisition & Monetization Unit.
- Review data documentation, flag errors, contradictions or issues that may result from data modifications.
- Maintain all internal databases including the data related to assets.
- Participate in automating asset management processes.
- Contribute to Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Participate in meetings with key stakeholders to review data outcomes.
- Generate different weekly and monthly reports to support the business.
- Monitor the assets life cycle costing analysis process and recommend decisions according to the collected data.
Who we are looking for
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in management information system / data management or equivalent.
Experience:
- Fresh Graduate or 0-3 years of relevant experience.
Languages:
- English. (Mandatory)
- Arabic / Others (desirable)
