Job Purpose / Objective
Will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. You will work closely with the Head of the Event Management to ensure the seamless implementation of events while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your exceptional organizational and analytical skills will contribute to the success of each event and help create memorable experiences for attendees.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of event budgets, timelines, and project plans.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
Assist and contribute to the development of event marketing and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective event promotion through various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to evaluate event performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance future event planning and execution.
- Assist in the setup, coordination, and supervision of event logistics on-site.
- Ensure the smooth operation of event activities, including registration, audiovisual equipment, signage, and exhibitor coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management and sponsorship to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
- Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by line manager and as per business needs.
Education
Bachelors degree in business administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
Experience
At least 3-9 years of experience.
