Job Description
- Configure and maintain IICS components such as Secure Agent, Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, and Cloud APIs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues on the IICS platform.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for IICS environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy integration solutions that meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on IICS capabilities and usage.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IICS configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Strong understanding of cloud integration concepts and technologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred/Good To Have
- Informatica certification(s) related to IICS administration or cloud integration.
- Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems (DBMS).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Stay current with Informatica product updates and industry trends related to cloud integration.
