Hiring for IIB Architect (5 to 8 years for PAN INDIA)

IIB Architect

Candidate must have Designs Architecture and solutions experience for Integration platforms for On Prem, Cloud, Multi cloud, Hybrid cloud.

Experience in Architecture principles, System Integration, Technical sizing, High availability aspects, Integration best practices.

Candidate must have experience working on different EAI/Messaging platforms/Event driven architecture like IIB/ACE on CP4I, API Connect, MQ, Kafka/ IBM Event Streams etc.

Experience in SOA architecture development especially on SOA services governance and implementation

Experience in implementing SSL/TLS and should have good knowledge on security concepts like AAA, WS-Security, OAuth etc.

Exposure to create cloud migration strategies and define delivery architecture and migration plans

Candidate must have experience to analyze complex application landscapes, anticipate potential problems and future trends, assess opportunities and potential solutions with associated impacts, and risks.

Exposure to architect, implement and deploy DevOps based end to end applications.

Strong knowledge to develop reference architectures, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across on premise and cloud-based applications.

Candidate must have experience to provide thought leadership and mentorship to technical teams, promoting best practices in architecture and design.

Candidate must have experience to demonstrate leadership by leading multi-functional teams for a bid, owning architectural point of view and influence people and organization including executives, when issues are complex/difficult and require considerable diplomacy.

Good to have exposure for Pre-sales activity for solutioning and proposal building.

Knowledge of any incident management, problem management, change management tool like Service Now.
