Candidate should have 3+ years experience in IFS Field Service Management Knowledge.
Minimum of 2+ Years hands on FSM domain with Scheduling, Dispatching, Mobility, Mobile application, Administration, Resource Management, Service and Analytics; IoT, SCADA, Asset management.
Nice to have FSM Practitioner Certification/PSO Practitioner Certification.
Good knowledge and experience in NGSM and cloud areas.
Should have in depth knowledge on configuration and advanced configuration on both on-prem and cloud solution.
Customization knowledge on server side and mobile scripting is added advantage.
Extensive knowledge on XML, C# and SQL.
Good communication skills to interact with clients to understand user requirements and map the requirements to the Product suite.
At least 2-3 industries experience such as Telecom, Utility, Health care, Service industries, Insurance, Retail, Transport, Logistics, Consumers.
Working experience on at least 2-3 Implementation Projects.
Knowledge on any other FSM products is an added advantage i.e. ClickSoftware, ServiceMax, KRONOS, Verint, Infor, OverIT, Field One, ServicePower, CoreSystems, Salesforce Field Service, Asset 360, Maximo Scheduler, Ventyx (Service Suite), Ellipse FSM, Oracle Field Service Cloud, MS Dynamics FSM, SAP Syclo, SAP Agentry, SAP Work Manager.
