Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Ielts Trainer to join our team . As an Ielts Trainer, you will be responsible for providing excellent coaching and guidance to students preparing for the Ielts exam. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field
- Certification in Ielts training or relevant experience
- Proven experience as an Ielts Trainer or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of the Ielts exam format, scoring criteria, and test preparation strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and resources
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting Ielts training sessions for small groups of students
- Developing and delivering customized study plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Providing guidance and support to students throughout their Ielts preparation journey
- Evaluating students progress and identifying areas for improvement
- Administering mock tests and providing feedback to enhance students exam performance
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest Ielts exam patterns and adjusting teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborating with other trainers and staff to create a supportive and motivating learning environment
- Assisting in organizing Ielts workshops, seminars, and events to provide additional learning opportunities for students
- Maintaining accurate records of students attendance, performance, and progress
