Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Trainer to join our team at Migrant Master. The IELTS Trainer will be responsible for preparing students for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination, ensuring they achieve the required scores for admission to their desired international institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Training:
• Develop and deliver high-quality IELTS preparation courses.
• Conduct classes in all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Utilize diverse teaching methods and resources to address varying learning styles and needs.
• Provide personalized feedback and strategies to help students improve their scores.

• Curriculum Development:
• Design and update curriculum and study materials to keep pace with IELTS test formats and trends.
• Create practice tests and exercises to simulate actual exam conditions.

• Student Assessment:
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress.
• Identify areas of weakness and provide targeted support to help students overcome challenges.

• Guidance and Support:
• Offer one-on-one coaching sessions as needed.
• Advise students on effective test-taking strategies and time management skills.

• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient training program.

• Skills:
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in using technology and online teaching platforms.
