Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience in counseling or teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the IELTS exam pattern and requirements
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Roles and Responsibilities
- Guide and counsel students on the IELTS exam process and requirements
- Assist students in choosing the right study material and resources for exam preparation
- Conduct mock tests and provide feedback on students performance
- Identify areas of improvement and develop personalized study plans for students
- Monitor and track students progress and provide regular updates to management
- Stay updated with the latest changes in the IELTS exam pattern and requirements
- Collaborate with other counselors and trainers to enhance students learning experience
- Provide support and assistance during registration and exam booking process
- Maintain accurate records of student information and update databases
