Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IELTS Counsellor to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As an IELTS Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to individuals who are preparing for the IELTS exam. This is a full-time position based in Nabha, Punjab, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- IELTS band score of 7.5 or above
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as an IELTS Counsellor or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
- In-depth knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring system, and assessment criteria
- Familiarity with the study abroad application process and visa requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting one-on-one counselling sessions with students and providing them with accurate information about the IELTS exam and the application process
- Assessing students language proficiency and identifying areas of improvement
- Creating personalized study plans tailored to each student's needs
- Monitoring and tracking students progress and providing feedback on their performance
- Organizing and conducting IELTS preparation workshops and seminars
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest changes and developments in the IELTS exam and sharing this information with students
- Maintaining accurate records of students counselling sessions and their progress
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery to students
- Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, language centers, and other relevant stakeholders
