The Role:
To support ongoing work related to
monitoring and maintenance of the
Ratings Privileged Access Management (PAM) Framework.
Specifically, management of the ongoing
9+ custom Access Recertification Campaigns covering multiple areas and multiple target application platforms.
Monitoring, user query support and data validation and data analysis.
Key Qualifications and skills:
- Strong Excel skills and ability to grasp complex concepts and synthesize effective solutions.
- Understanding of key Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts is a must have e.g. Access Recertification as part of Logical Access Management Risk.
- Strong data analysis skills are a plus, such as ability to analyze large data sets.
- Good self-management and the ability to work autonomously on projects/tasks.
- Ability to ask appropriate questions to gain an understanding of projects quickly.
- Self-starter who knows how to seek out and find information that is needed but not provided.
- Take responsibility for tasks and see them through to successful completion.
- Strong collaboration skills with various technology teams to support data validationsquestions.
- Strong communication skills, including communicating clearly in reports and e-mails
- Highly developed interpersonal skills; able to establish strong internal relationships.

Responsibilities:
The role will primarily be focused on:
Access Campaign Management Activities (60%)
- Support of ongoing access recertification campaigns to ensure proper completion without business disruptions.
- Running reports in Sailpoint (Pre-campaign and post campaign launch data validations).
- Education of new certifiers on the current process and supporting questions from entitlement owners about ongoing campaign.
- Helping certifiers to reassign or update ownership in case of incorrect data in the master platforms (AD/Sailpoint)
- Validation of tasks for critical non-human ids (service accounts used in the SDLS process) to ensure no accidental revocation of access.
- Resolving issues with IAM team
- Validation of tasks for Rating Oracle Databases: alignment with previous campaign data such as validation that all Ratings Databases are included (onboarded in Sailpoint) in the campaign, and validation that decommissioned Databases are removed.
- Identification of proper entitlements (task) owners for recertification if no owner is assigned and working with AD/Sailpoint team to correct.
- Post campaign review and access reconsolidation tasks via working with appropriate teams.
Data Analysis Activities (40%)
- Review of data from the Sailpoint platform to make sure it is aligned with the target systems, prior to the access recertification campaign launch, such as analysis of previous campaign data vs new campaign data, to identify potential issues.
- Review of data and tasks where Manager / Entitlement Owner was not identified and correctly assign the tasks.
