Responsibilities :
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain robust IAM solutions that align with industry best practices.Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive identity and access management strategies, policies, and procedures. 2. Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems to ensure secure access control across various platforms and applications. 3. Conduct regular assessments of existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify vulnerabilities or areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define access control requirements based on business needs while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. 5. Monitor user access rights and privileges to detect unauthorized activities or potential security breaches. 6. Investigate security incidents related to identity management systems and recommend appropriate remediation actions. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in IAM cyber security. 8. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on IAM-related matters such as user provisioning/deprovisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), privilege escalation, etc. 9. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions into existing infrastructure while ensuring smooth operation of business processes. 10. Conduct training sessions or workshops for employees on IAM policies, procedures, and best practices.
