Responsibilities:
Position purpose:
Strive to enhance user experience by developing and implementing strategies that enable a seamless and intuitive identity management process across various platforms and devices.
Lead the engineering efforts related to the optimization, security, and scaling of our PKI infrastructure
Collaborate with business stakeholders to engineer new platforms features and new identity platforms.
Drive automation initiatives to streamline identity-related processes, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to achieve efficiency and accuracy.
Document and transfer knowledge to Identity Operational teams for day-to-day operations of identity platforms.
Provide documentation for audits related to various identity platforms.
Work with Identity Operations team to address any escalated issues or operational risks.
Contribute to Identity Governance efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.This job might be for you if:

To land this role:
5+ years of experience in the IT Security space
3+ years of experience engineering designing, deploying, and integrating private and public PKI platforms
Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services
Experience with Certificate Lifecycle Management platforms
Experience with ITSM or other tools to offer self-service certificate issuance and promote automation
Experience with OpenSSL
Must possess a strong ability to document standards and processes
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
Be available on an on-call basis to respond to support needs or issues arising during non-core hours
Ability to quickly learn modern technologies
Scripting experience preferred
Desire to grow skills in other Identity platforms
Education / Certification requirements: in at least one of or working towards the following:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
Relevant certifications such as CIAM, CISA, CAMS, CompTIA Security+ are a plus
Other appropriate field certifications may be considered
