We are seeking a talented and experienced IBMS Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing Integrated Building Management Systems, with proven experience in IT and computer science. System Management: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) to ensure optimal performance and integration with other building systems.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to IBMS, including software, hardware, and network components.
Monitoring & Optimization:
Continuously monitor system performance, analyze data, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and functionality.Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures. Prepare reports on system performance and issues.Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members on IBMS operations and best practices.
- Coordination: Work closely with other departments and vendors to ensure seamless integration of IBMS with building infrastructure and systems.
Compliance:
Ensure that all IBMS operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Education:
Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent technical qualification.Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing and optimizing Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS).Skills: Strong technical knowledge of IBMS, including software, hardware, and network components. Proficient in troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT or IBMS technologies are a plus.
