Description:

We are looking for an experienced IBM BPM Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate must have 5-10 years of experience in IBM BPM development and must possess a deep understanding of the IBM BPM platform. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop IBM BPM workflows, business process applications, and integration solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts to identify requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide guidance and support to junior developers in the team
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug IBM BPM applications
• Participate in design and architecture discussions
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in IBM BPM development
• Strong knowledge of IBM BPM platform and related technologies such as BPDs, coaches, decision services, and integration services
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and XML
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience in IBM BPM administration and deployment
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
