We are seeking an experienced IBM BPM developer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IBM BPM applications to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IBM BPM applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in IBM BPM applications
• Ensure code quality and maintainability
• Stay up-to-date with new IBM BPM features and capabilities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 6-10 years of experience in IBM BPM development
• Proficiency in IBM BPM, including process design, implementation, and administration
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, and other programming languages
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
