Roles & Responsibilities:
- The IAM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) solutions within the organization.
- This role focuses on integrating and customizing IAM platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring seamless user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and access recertification processes.
- The IAM Developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to secure applications, automate provisioning/deprovisioning, and enforce compliance standards.
- Additionally, they troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize system performance, and drive continuous improvement of IAM solutions to safeguard enterprise assets.
Years of experience : 6+ years
Sailpoint experience : 3+ years
Industry & Education background : BE / BTech
