IAM Practice Lead - Principal Consultant for the IAM Practice will play a strategic role in driving IAM project delivery, presales activities, customer success, and business development. This individual will serve as a key leader within the IAM practice, managing end-to-end solutions for clients while supporting growth and building trusted relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IAM technologies, consulting, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
- IAM Delivery Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end IAM solution delivery across multiple projects.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of services in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical and project management issues.
- Presales and Solutioning
- Work closely with sales and presales teams to support solutioning and RFP/RFI responses.
- Develop and present tailored IAM proposals, demos, and presentations to potential clients.
- Engage in technical discussions to assess client requirements and propose appropriate IAM solutions.
- Customer Success and Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular client reviews and feedback sessions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to further support clients IAM needs.
- Business Development and Strategy
- Contribute to the development and execution of the IAM Practice strategy, including revenue and growth goals.
- Collaborate with the practice team to design innovative IAM services and offerings.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior consultants to build team expertise.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Experience: 10-15 years in IAM consulting, solution delivery, and client management.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in IAM technologies (e.g., Identity Governance, SSO, MFA, PAM); knowledge of key IAM products (e.g., SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, ForgeRock).
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or relevant IAM-specific certifications.
