About the Role :
Gap Inc. is seeking IAM Developer with eight years of Identity and Access Management experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in developing and supporting enterprise Identity applications with proficiencies in Web Security, Application and Web-Service development, Cloud Infrastructure, Security and Application Infrastructure technologies.
What are we looking for
- Strong Java/Beanshell development experience which is defined as 8+ years of enterprise application development
- Minimum of 8 years of Identity Management experience with expertise in the following areas: Provisioning use case development, role definition, building to meet compliance controls, and Identity Governance and Adminstration
- Core knowledge of common identity systems and protocols including SCIM, SAML, OAUTH, and LDAP
- Experience in Sailpoint IdentityIQ LCM , Joiner/Movel/Leaver process and RBAC implementation
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ preferred technologies
- Strong background in Agile project methodologies.
- Experience in Cloud Identity Governance
- Design and Architecture of IAM in the cloud using Open source or commercial platforms
- Educational Requirement: Graduate in IT / Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Works with Project Delivery Team to investigate, document, and analyze client requirements. Assesses scope and impact of client business needs
- Interact with cross functional stakeholders (HR, helpdesk, security) to manage and maintain knowledge of systems, policies, and procedures relevant to Gap's Identity management systems
- Assist in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of an enterprise-wide identity and access management infrastructure leveraging SailPoint IdentityIQ, Ping Identity (Ping Federate, Ping One), LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Respond to tactical support escalations for critical issues related to identity and access management
- Responsible for generating project documentation such as technical requirement catalogs, Visio diagrams, and technical strategy presentations.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the technical IAM organization-wide strategies based on a sustainable Plan, Build, Run model.
- Works closely with project teams to identify key IAM technical requirements, prioritize requirements, catalog requirements, and assign them to project use cases and sprints.
- Communicate with internal clients, vendor partners, and stakeholders
- Owns and leads discussions in business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement and conversions as they relate to IAM.
