The job: Intern-L&D & Psychology
We are looking for an L&D Intern to join our team. Understanding
what clients needs and diving deep into books and research articles, being
able to cull out relevant information and turning that into something useful for
clients, creating conceptual frameworks to make complex things simple,
creating a story board for a training workshop using the information gathered
are activities that give you a high.
Role:
Unpack client needs and articulate them in a solution-oriented way
Lose track of time while researching content
Enjoy the journey of turning researched content into useful insights and
toolsEntry to the club
Ability to think conceptually
Avid reader of non-fiction involving psychology and management
Can't stop learning
Engaging communication skills
Energized by working with colleagues that stretch you
Requirements:
Graduation in psychology industrial, organization, social preferred or
BBA/MBA with HR specialization
Some experience (even in terms of college projects) of learning and
development related work
A list of books you have read and loved
Papers, dissertations, PPTs you have written
