I Mates Consultants is looking for HR Recruiters with minimum 1 year of experience to join our team in Cochin. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for our Banking & NBFC clients in Kerala, Karnataka, Tamilnadu locations. This is a full-time position with salary and attractive incentives.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiate job offers with candidates and facilitate the hiring process
