- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for users with issues related to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
- Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams or personnel.
- Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates related to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and administration of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint services.
- Implement and manage security measures, including data loss prevention, threat protection, and compliance standards within Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Monitor the health and security of the enterprise network in real time and review historical data for detailed threat analytics.
- Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications
Language: English (Bilingual is an asset)
Education: Information Technology / Computer Systems College Diploma or equivalent experience.
Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a Support Analyst or End User Support role in an Information Technology related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and related security services.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles and Microsoft 365 services.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are preferred
