Position: Sr. Purchase Engineer / Asst. Manager
Location:Bhiwadi
Package:Commensurate with experience and qualification
Education Qualification:B.E./B.Tech- Mechanical
Experience:5-9 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting levels of demand for purchase of raw material spares, and component demands/needs of the production and keeping a constant check on stock levels.
- Company is purchasing wide range of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic components, steel pipes and Travels Engines other such Engineering products from abroad and in India.
- Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
- Liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments, and customers.
- Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them.
- Negotiating and enter into new contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of material provided.
- Processing payments and invoices.
- Keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future.
- Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities of the company
- Giving presentations about market analysis and possible growth.
- Developing an organization's purchasing strategy.
- Producing reports and statistics using computer software.
- Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
- Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives.
- Attending meetings and trade conferences.
- Training and supervising the work of other members of staff
REQUIREMENTS: -
- He should be experience in purchase of all hydraulics related equipment's like hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pump, air filters, flow divider, hydraulic hoses.
- Only preferred whose background related to hydraulic equipment's.
- His company background must be related to hydraulics manufacturer.
