Hybris Tech Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Hybris Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering complex e-commerce solutions using the Hybris platform. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentoring as required
• Design, develop and implement complex e-commerce solutions using the Hybris platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, designers, and other developers to create scalable, robust, and efficient solutions
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and to the highest quality standards
• Provide technical guidance to the team and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in developing e-commerce solutions using the Hybris platform
• Strong understanding of Hybris architecture, data modeling, and platform capabilities
• Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
