Hiring Hybris Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Hybris Developer with strong Hybris administrative skills to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing SAP Hybris solutions tailored to the unique needs of the oil refinery sector. This role involves both development and administrative responsibilities, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our SAP Hybris environment to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP Hybris applications and solutions specific to the oil refinery sector.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and customize SAP Hybris Commerce, Marketing, and Data Hub solutions.
- Administer and manage the SAP Hybris environment, including system configurations, catalog management, system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of the SAP Hybris platform.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP Hybris applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate SAP Hybris with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, development processes, and administrative procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Hybris features and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality and performance.
- This is an independent one man position to work with SAP functional and Technical Team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP Hybris development and administration, specifically within the oil refinery sector or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of SAP Hybris Commerce, Marketing, and Data Hub modules.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Framework, and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Experience with Hybris administrative tasks, including but not limited to, catalog management, system configurations, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of integrating SAP Hybris with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Hybris certification.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry or similar sectors.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
