A hybrid marketing manager is responsible for maintaining a brands online and offline presence by working on various marketing campaigns. Their duties include researching, strategizing with other professionals, and creating content for the growth of the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital as well as offline marketing, including SEO/SEM, Influencer Marketing, TV Commercials, Email, Social media and Youtube advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise customer experience
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Qualifications
- Expertise in photoshop / canva, content writing is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field
- Freshers can also apply
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Ready to sign a 2 years work contract with the organisation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 2,50,000 PA - 3,50,000 PA
