Our Indian Operations Centre (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, functional system testing, installation supervision, and commissioning. Over the last decade, INOPC has evolved to become the largest engineering hub serving more than 40 countries across different energy sectors. The team caters to the four business units-Transformers, Grid Integration, Grid Automation, High Voltage and has successfully executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.
Mission Statement:
Life cycle information specialist shall ensure all the Electrical/Mechanical equipment has been identified in the project with unique ID and ensure that the set process are followed by the different discipline & coordinate with LCI professional of the customer and derive the way to ensure the requirements are met.
Your responsibilities:
You will be coordinate all activities related to Life Cycle Information (LCI) and Data Quality to ensure Hitachi - Power Grids solution to meets the requirements.
You will ensure that the Client's LCI requirements are known and understood by all relevant parties within the Project
Advice and assist the project how to adhere to the Client's documentation requirements
Ensure that the Client's documentation requirements are enabled for the project IT applications
Assist project personnel in communicating documentation requirements to suppliers
Perform internal documentation related quality checks according to the LCI Strategy before final transfer to Client & maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.t
Ensure all document control work is in compliance with the management system and project procedures as applicable at all times
Provide LCI strategy training to the project team & prepare Inspection Test plan and Inspection Test reports
Coordinate and follow-up the Document Review Process as requested by the team e.g. overdue, status, etc.
Responsible for update in the model and assist in adhering to customer needs.
Responsible for quality checks according to the LCI Strategy before final transfer to Client & ensure all document control work is in compliance with the management system and project procedures.
Responsible to communicate/ assist the project personal for documentation requirements to suppliers & LCI strategy training to the project team.

Your background
You should be bachelor's in civil/mechanical/electrical & Electronics Engineering.
You should have minimum work experience of 3 years experience in Life cycle information process.
You must have knowledge in Microsoft office(Word and Excel). 3D modelling software with the knowledge of tagging/applying Metadata.
Self-starter caliber who could own tasks through to completion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions
