The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning.
Mission Statement:
The Digital Twin Expert has the responsibility to understand technical requirements of the customer while closing coordinating with other Electrical/Mechanical functions to develop a Digital Twin model. This model shall be issued to customer to monitor during the operation and Maintenance period.
Your responsibilities:
Working closely with the project/engineering organization within PGGI, R&D team.
Collaborate with BIM, LIC, documentation team and training managers to receive the applicable documentation and inputs.
Enable constant interaction between digital team and other teams (R&D, IoT, Control &Protection, etc.).
Knowing how to read Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and being fully comfortable with item designations etc.
Adding/uploading documents and tagging/labeling them appropriately in Digital Twin.
Converting and enhancing 3D models to the applicable in Digital Twin file format and integrate inside Digital Twin
Being able to fetch information from e.g., a Main Circuit Diagram and populate that information accordingly on all assets.
Integrate connections from Digital Twin to MIMS operations data.
Support R&D team by serving as the user acceptance tester for Digital Twin's new official feature releases.
Prepare base documents for all the required activities.
Documenting and keeping track on the progress of work.
Constantly trying to improve the way we execute our day-to-day activities.
Always investigate how we can make Digital Twin better in terms of content visualization.
Customer on-boarding, handover, and education.
Internal and external (customers) maintenance support.
Train other people as we grow the team.

Your background:
Education Qualification: Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering.
Should have with a minimum work experience of 3 to 7 years in Digital Twin.
Must have knowledge in Digital Twin Software
Knowledge & Experience MS Office: Word, Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter caliber who could own tasks through to completion.
Strong attention to detail.
High ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural team.
