Knowledge of Head Load, Equipment Selection, Preparation of BOQ.
Good working knowledge of HVAC Sites and evaluating the Drawings, BOQs, estimates etc.
Coordination with Consultants, Architects, clients & contractors.
Ensuring satisfactory execution of the HVAC system like chiller, AHU unit, FCU unit, chilled water pump, VRF, Package Duct able unit etc.,
Co-ordination with Purchase department for the timely delivery of material on sites.
Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time and effective resource utilization to maximize output.
