Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients within the large industrial and commercial sector, including manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and other relevant facilities.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, leveraging these connections to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand awareness and establish industry presence.
Monitor and analyze market conditions, industry developments, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and technical departments, to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing accurate and timely updates to senior management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred but not required.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the energy industry or related sectors.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry event
