Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and supervise multiple HVAC projects, including scheduling, and resource allocation.
2. Site Management: Site visits, manage and supervise site activities, including ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules.
3. Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support as needed.
4. Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
5. Quality Control: Ensure that all HVAC work meets the required quality standards, and that all site personnel are aware of and comply with these standards.
