Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource
requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project
goals and specifications.
Conduct regular meetings to review project progress, identify potential issues, and implement
corrective actions as needed.
Budget and Resource Management:
Establish and monitor project budgets, tracking expenses and forecasting costs to ensure financial
objectives are met.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize waste, including manpower,
materials, and equipment.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
and favorable terms.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure HVAC systems meet industry standards and client
requirements.
