- Hands-on exposure to US projects and applicable ASHRAE Codes & IMC.
- Should have experience on healthcare, Residential and Commercial Projects.
- Should have HVAC design experience in Load Calculation, Concept Design, Mechanical Fabrication, Equipment Cut sheet selection, & COMCheck.
- BIM Knowledge up to LOD 500
- Proficient in Staircase Pressurization and car park ventilation calculation.
- Complete accurate analysis and calculations, for each assigned task, ensuring that all system designs are optimized for performance, efficiency, and safety.
- Knowledge in Building Automation & commissioning.
- Complete timely technical documentation in support of client and project objectives.
- Ensure deliverables meet requirements by clarifying quality and accurate output.
- Proactively seek and engage in diverse experiences and learning opportunities to continually expand knowledge
- Prepares technical specifications for review and approval.
- Resolve Customer concerns on assigned work and ensure that the responsiveness is never compromised.
- Staff the Team with competent resources, Promote a performance-driven culture among the Team by setting Goals, assessing performance, and providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure Compliance of all Processes and become an enabler of their continual improvement.
- Escalate issues (if any) to the Reporting Manager for the corrective and containment actions to be initiated on time.
- Must have Knowledge of all MEP streams & MEP coordination.
