TechXperts is looking for Fresher HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. HR assistant is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Lead generation, contact them & schedule interviews.
- Take timely follow-up from candidates.
- Arrange & schedule meetings of MD.
- Take minutes of every meeting.
- Manage Social Media channels.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.

Qualification Required:
- Graduate with any discipline from English medium/convent school is preferred.
- MBA would be considered as an advantage.
