1 .Identifying the right talent as per business requirements

2. Sourcing Candidates through own Database, Social Media, and Job Fairs

3. Coordinating for Interviews and making selected candidates Join.

4. Handle bulk hiring majorly sales hiring.

5. Make use of references and database for sourcing, calling candidates as per the requirement.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role :

1. 6 months -3 years of experience in recruitment/ bulk , mass hiring.

2. Should be able to Review developmental plans their execution for all employees.

3. Must be able to execute and implement new strategies. Stakeholder Management.

4. Decent communication and presentation skills.

5. Experience in Non-Tech and Sales hiring is highly preferred
