Job Description: Role Overview: As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and administration. Key Responsibilities:

- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and implement training programs.
- Monitor and track employee training progress.
- HR Policy and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and ensure company policies remain up-to-date.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer and review employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure the company s compensation and benefits remain competitive.
- Manage the annual performance appraisal and salary review processes.
- Employee Records and Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Process employee documentation, including contracts, promotions, and terminations.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Conflict Resolution:
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide guidance to managers on effective conflict resolution strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of HR management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
