We are seeking a Human Resources Associate with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR department in managing employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR department in day-to-day tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
• Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and ensure all information is up to date and accurate
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations
• Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate HR-related events and activities
• Respond to employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in HR
• Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus
